We seek Kraftsamla to be a hub for dialogue, growth, and action around gender equality. We desire to positively impact individuals, workforces, and communities around, and see men and women live, work, and build, side by side.

Gender equality is a cornerstone of Swedish policy. Sweden was the first country to adopt a feminist foreign policy in 2014. We must work together to remove structural discrimination and to strengthen women's economic and political empowerment. Everyone should have the same power to shape their own lives with a right to work, be economically Independent, have a family life, and live without fear of abuse or violence.
